Clean and modern with innovative technology.
The breakfast area was quite cramped during peak hours.

Innovative technology, high standard of cleanliness, comfortable fixtures
The small room sizes feel far too cramped for an extended stay!!! Storage options are almost non-existent!!! Consideration for clearer pricing and a less confusing check-in process could enhance the experience!!!

I loved the cozy ambiance and how comfy the beds were here. it felt like home! The fitness center and the relaxing spa made for great ways to unwind after a busy day. Only downside was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty, but it didn't take away from my overall experience. 😊

Had a cracking time dining at local gems like Patogh and Fatoush, where the flavors literally made my mind do the cha-cha! the hotel had a textile treasure in its design – every nook was a feast for the eyes. Plus, the staff were always on hand to sort out any drama.
A bit cheeky how we couldn't get into our room until 2, but the tiny issue of being in a windowless basement still was a proper letdown. Still, they made up with a smashing breakfast offering.

Nice place with a view
Had a good stay for 4 nights. The location was super handy – loved being close to everything. My deluxe double room was smallish, but that’s kinda normal for London, right? The staff were super friendly, always smiling! Only thing was the restaurant could be a bit pricey for what you get.

excellent service but limited dining options
The staff were attentive and went above and beyond during my stay, especially when I had an injury. The bathroom facilities were top-notch, providing a great shower experience with both rainfall and regular shower heads.
The dining options were somewhat limited, which was a slight disappointment given the overall quality of the hotel.
